Bruce Lynton started on the Gold Coast in 1974 after returning from overseas with a love for BMW’s. The old house on Nerang Street was turned into a showroom and car yard, and expanded over the years as the site grew with the brand. Many redevelopments and expansions took place on the original Nerang Street site. In 2016 Bruce sold the BMW dealership, but retained the property. In 2019 the new BMW owners moved BMW to their new purpose built site. 2020 saw more building works at the Nerang Street site as it became the new home to Tesla on the Gold Coast. Genesis came to the site in 2021 and have recently completed their renovations.
